USS Forger

These are the voyages of the Akira-class starship USS Forger in the aftermath of the Dominion War. A five year mission, the Bajoran part-Cardassian Captain Tanar, her right-hand Trill, Commander Lahl, and the rest of the crew must balance their loyalty to Starfleet against the sometimes less-than-savory requests from Starfleet’s Intelligence bureau, all while dealing with their own experiences from the war and trying to prevent another war from brewing.

They are both assisted and stymied by their own crew of Lower Deckers, many of whom are recent graduates of Starfleet Academy, and in service have only known the chaos of the Dominion War and the only slightly less chaotic aftermath.
